Product Overview:
Low-Voltage Series Reactor is connected with low-voltage shunt reactor to compensate the reactive vacancy of the system and improve power factor. When there are 5 times of large harmonic content, we will choose reactor with 4.5%~6% reactance rate; when there are 3 times of large harmonic content,we will choose reactor with 12%~13% reactance rate, series reactor and capacitor constitute ractive power compensation device.
Technical Characteristics:
-Iron core used high quality low loss silicon steel sheet?and the Core column consists of many air gap dividing into evenly small segment, the air gap is spacing by Epoxy laminated glass cloth board to ensure the air gap of the reactor doesn’t change during operation.
- The coil is made of H-grade or C-grade lacquered flat copper wire, tight and uniform, without insulation, and has a better aesthetic and better heat dissipation.
- The coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into one and then subjected to the pre-baking→vacuum immersion paint→heat-bake curing process. The H-level impregnating varnish is used to firmly combine the coil and the iron core of the reactor. It reduces the noise during operation and has a high heat resistance level, ensuring that the reactor can operate at low temperatures and at low noise levels.
-fasteners in the core of the reactor are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure high quality factor and low temperature rise of the reactor.
u The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and the terminals are cold-pressed copper tube terminals.
- External leakage parts are treated with Corrosion protection?and the Lead terminal adopts Cold pressed copper tube terminal .

- Temperature rise limit of each part of the reactor:
- The reactor runs long time when Power frequency and Harmonic current is less than 1.35 times the rated current
- Reactance linearity: The ratio of the reactance value at 1.8 times rated current to the reactance value at rated current is not less than 0.95
- The difference between the two-phase reactance values of the three-phase reactor is no more than +3%
- Temperature rating :above H(180°)
