My name is Djaba Chankvetadze.
At this moment I am constructing a small herb drying factory in my homecountry the Republic of Georgia.
I am planning to install a continous belt dryer for my factory.
Unfortunately it seems diffcult for many dryer manufacturers to control the drying temperature of wood stoves between 40 degree celsius to 80 degree celsius.
I hope that your company could help me in this case.
I am searching for a hot air stove.
Important:
- 1. I have to be able to control the output temperature of the wood stove.
For example at 40 degree celsius, 50 degree celsius, 60 degree celsius, 70 degree celsius and 80 degree celsius.
Is this possible with your stove?
- 2. I would prefer to use wood briquette as fuel. Is this possible?
Is it possible to also use woodchips and wood log in the same machine?
- 3. Is partial load operation possible with your wood stoves?
Which partial load range is possible?
- 4. How does the fuel consumption change with changing output temperatures?
Can you give me fuel (wood briquette if possible, or wood log, or wood chip)
consumtion in kgs per hour on each drying temperature?
Please give me consumtion for 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 degree celsius.
Parameters needed for the dryer:
- We need a stove which can heat between 40 degree celsius and 80 degree celsius and has an air output of around 15.000 m3 per hour.
Which model would you recommend?
Please not that we are not in hurry. Most important is that we find the right supplier for this project.

Please also tell me the price of the machine which you will recommend.
