Soaking process:put the water and stevia leaves into the soaking tank, adding poly hexamethylene guanidine, stirred and soaked for a certain time,pour the liquid in soaking tank into the liquid tank.2. salt precipitation:The Immersion liquid is pumped into the salt kettle, add a small amount of Ca (OH) 2 solution into the reactor, adjusting pH value greater than 10, adding FeCl3 solution,Sampling, funnel filter samples, observate the liquid transmittance,when the liquid transmittance reach 65 ~ 70%, sented to the press process.3. Pre processing: The sugar solution after flocculation and precipitation flow through the filter press and micro membrane filter, large particle impurities will be filtered out,so the sugar purity is greatly improved. The sugar transmittance after filtration is not less than 80%. After ultrafiltration, macromolecular impurities, Pigment,Vegetable gum and the small molecular impurities are removed. This process can effectively reduce the amount of resin.Increase the adsorption efficiency of stevioside resin, improve the yield and purity of stevioside in analytical liquid resin.4.Resin adsorption: Diluted sugar liquor From the initial filter positions is pumped into the resin bed With anion resin. After preliminary decolorization in the bed. Allyl sugar pass through the series and flow into the resin bed with half positive and half negative resin. After further desalination and decolorization in the bed, Allyl sugar pass through the series and flow into the resin bed with large hole over the saturated resin, Finally flows into the pretreatment liquid storage tank.When the macroporous adsorption resin is in the saturated state, the ethanol solution is passed into the ethanol solution to be resolved, and the analytical solution is entered into the liquid storage tank.5. Ion exchange: The Resolution liquor is further purified to remove amino acids and inorganic salts. The material goes through ion exchange after being lowered to 48~50ºC, firstly cation exchange resin, where Na, Fe, Ca, Cu and some amino acids are separated, and secondly anion exchange resin, where chlorides, sulfates, phosphates and most of the soluble amino acids are removed, which produces the refined saccharification liquid.6. Concentration: WithDS about 20~25%, thepurified liquid, after adjusting PHvalue, is sent into thefalling filmevaporatorfor concentration, which produces concentratedsugarliquid not less than 40~45% on dry matter basis.7. Spray drying: The sugar after concentration is pumped into the spray drying tower for drying to obtain coarse stevioside products.8. Alcohol solution: After spray drying ,crude stevioside will be dissolved with edible alcohol and adjusted to a certain concentration of standby.9. Cooling crystallization:The crude steviosidedissolved by ethanol is gradually cooling, Stevioside saturation increases and stevioside crystals and separates out.10.Separation: After crystallization,the ethanol and water is separated from massecuite of Steviaglycosides by centrifuge,According to the crystallization, wash the massecuite to produce pure crystalline stevioside.11. Drying and packing:stevioside after mother liquor separation is dried by vacuum dryer, crushed , mixed powder and packed ,we can get refined stevioside products.
