We have two types for this product: high temperature masking film and normal temperature masking film. They can improve the efficiency of the painting while saving the manpower, avoid waste of paint material.1. Masking film with crepe paper tapeThe product is composed of rubber crepe tape and PE film.Application: mainly used for covering large sections to protect the parts during spray paint process. Heat-resistance reaches up to 80ºC. The huge membrane is folded into small size. It can be quickly unfolded for fast covering. The design saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting. Masking film with PVC tapeThe product is composed of PVC tape and PE film.Application: It is mainly used for the protection of car body, bumper and auto parts during spray painting process. The tape can make turns and extend itself in obedience in line with the shape of the objects. Heat-resistance reaches up to 150ºC. The design saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting. The PE type film has the capability of electrostatic adsorption, which helps the film to attach on the surface of paint.Dimensions can be customized according to different car models.Tape is able to make turns in line with object shape.3. Masking film with double-heads tapesApplication: mainly used for masking sections for auto body, bumper and instrument desk during spray process for autos, trains and planes. The film is composed of tapes on both sides to make the products easier to use. The design saves human power and shortens the preparing time for painting. Both the tape and film are strong enough to stand temperature up to 130ºC for 30 minutes.Dimensions can be customized according to different car models.4. High Temperature Resistance Masking FilmApplication: mainly used for protecting sections under environment with high temperature, eg.: baking finish in spray booth. Product can stand heat up to 200ºC maximum for 60 minutes according to customer's requirements.Specifications: Products can be customized, while the width should be under 1.5m.
