The antibacterial spectrum comprises Gram-positive cocci and rods, Gram-negative cocci and also Legionellaemycoplasmas, chlamydiae, some types of spirochetes, Toxoplasma gondii and Cryptosporidium sp., Enterobacteria, pseudomonads and pathogenicmoulds are resistant.
