Cavitation guaranteeTurbine cavitation evaluation should be done based on GB/T15469-1995 "Cavitation pitting evaluation in reaction turbines". Within basic working time of 8000h (among it, the overload working time in abnormal area should no more than 100h, and the low-load working time should no more than 800h), the metal weight loss and cavitation area of turbine should not exceed related requirements specified in GB/T15469-1995 "Cavitation pitting evaluation in reaction turbines", and the cavitation guarantee should not exceed m=0.2kg. 4.4 As long as the user follow the rules for storage and application, the service life for turbine should be more than 25 years, and the period for overhauling is less than 4 years.
