It is widely used in rock crushing and washing plant, crushed sand or natural sand washing plant, mineral tailings processing site, etc. It can effectively reduce the loss amounts of fine material, slove problems of end product such as relatively high fineness modulus and relatively low stone powder content. the fine material can be recycled as high as 95%, with incomparable technical and economic advantages.Structure:Composed of cyclone, dehydration screen, cleaning tank, return box, slurry pump & motor.Working principle:Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump. The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen. The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.Technical:1. Recycling find sand below 3mm.2. Recycling rate reaches above 95%.3.
