The largest displacement of diaphragm is 0.1 mm, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure force. The capacitor plate on both sides sense the diaphragm position. The differential capacitance value between Sensing diaphragm and electrical capacitor plate is transferred into the corresponding current, voltage or digital HART output signal.PCB moduleThe transmitter PCB module adopts special using Integrated Circuit (ASICS) and surface sealing technology.
