Mold Temperature Control Units(TCU) PID process controller are used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit's electric immersion heater and recirculating the oil in the system. Oil type TCU circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control. MPOT series TCU offer the range of temperature control from 45°C to 300 °C, customized heating capacity and voltages are available.

SAFETY PROTECTIONS
Temperature anomaly	?	Alarm and cut off power, when cycle-oil's Temp. exceed upper limit.
Power reverse	?	Power supply phase detection to prevent pump reverse, alarm indication.
Pump overload	?	Thermal overload relay protect pump from overloading, alarm indication.
Low oil protection	?	Level-switch detects the oil level, prevent low oil and alarm indication.
Pressure anomaly	?	Automatic stop heating operation when system pressure anomaly.
Anomaly heating	?	Heating contactor working, and anomaly heating alarm indication.
