PRINCIPLE

The kit adopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). After the sample is added to the spiked well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold marker, and if there are antibodies against brucellosis in the sample, it binds to the colloidal gold marker and the antigen on the detection line and shows a purple color, if there are no antibodies against brucellosis in the sample, there is no color reaction.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

The kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.

SAMPLE

This test card is only suitable for testing cattle and sheep whole blood / serum / milk samples.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

Positive: In the observation hole, a purple-red line appears simultaneously in the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C). The higher the antibody titer, the darker the color of the detection line (T).

Negative: In the observation hole, only a purple-red line appears in the control line area (C).

Invalid: No colored band appears in C zone. No matter if T band appears.
