Get rid of pigment with activated carbon adsorption, add activated carbon continuously when the solution reaches 75 ºC, make material get good contact with activated carbon, Get rid of carbon with filter after reaction, checked the filter again in order to ensure that the material does not contain carbon. The best temperature for Filtering is 70to85 ºC.1.9. F42 fructose syrup ion exchange:After filtering the fruit glucose slurry further refined to amino acids and inorganic salt, the material temperature dropped to 48~50 ºCfor ion exchange, the material temperature drop to 48to50 ºCin ion exchange, the order is first cationic exchange resin, and then anion exchange resin.
